What can you expect from your physio appointment?
You do not need a referral from a doctor to start treatment.When you come into the clinic, we'll put together a detailed history of the issues you're having and perform a thorough physical assessment. We'll use this information to accurately diagnose you. Once we have your diagnosis we'll create a comprehensive treatment plan, using manual therapy and soft tissue techniques, personalised advice and strategies, and a corrective and strengthening exercise program tailored to you and your needs.
